Class Sign-Up Deadlines & Cancellation policy

  • Weeknight & Weekend Classes: If no one is registered 1 hour prior to the class start time, the class will be canceled.

  • Weekday Morning Classes: If no one is registered 30 minutes prior to the class start time, the class will be canceled.

  • Please sign up early to avoid class cancellations.

No-Show Policy

  • If you register for a class and do not attend (no-show), the following applies:

    • Class Pack Holders: You will lose the class credit.

    • Monthly Unlimited Members: A $20 no-show fee will be charged to your account.

Cancellations

  • If you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation as early as possible to avoid penalties and to allow others to register.

In Studio - Since our in studio space is limited, if you cancel your class reservation 2 hours or more before class starts, you will be able to use the class another time. If you cancel your class reservation with less than 2 hours notice, you will not get your class back; all sales final.

If you are a monthly member we will charge you an $20 no show fee. If you miss the time frame to cancel out please call the studio to avoid the $20 fee.

Workshop Refund Policy: Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours.
